Government Fees & Third‑Party Charges

Government filing fees, statutory charges, or payments made to third‑party authorities are non‑refundable under any circumstances.

Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of a service before the service process has started. Once documentation review or filing work has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
